These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of zuckerdigital.com and the products, services, and communications offered by Zucker Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a sole proprietorship operated by Stefanie Zucker in Georgia, USA. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Our services

We provide consulting, digital products and software (including the Inbox Concierge application), educational content, and related communications. Some services have their own additional terms, which apply alongside these.

2. Text messaging (SMS/MMS) terms

By opting in to our text-messaging program (for example, through our website chat widget), you agree to the following:

Program: You will receive marketing and promotional messages (offers, news, updates), appointment reminders, and customer-care messages from Zucker Digital.
Consent: You confirm you are the account holder or have authority to opt in the mobile number provided. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, per your carrier plan.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to end messages. Reply HELP for help, or email stefanie@zuckerdigital.com.
Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Your mobile opt-in data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them for unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual property

The site’s content, branding, and software are owned by Zucker Digital or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from them without permission, except as expressly allowed.

5. Third-party links and services

Our site links to third-party products and platforms (for example, our chat/messaging provider and the Pawtrait applications). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and services; your use of them is governed by their own terms.
