Privacy Policy
Effective July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Zucker Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a sole proprietorship operated by Stefanie Zucker in Georgia, USA, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit zuckerdigital.com, contact us, receive text messages from us, or use our products and services — including the Inbox Concierge application. By using our site or services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of messages you send us through our website chat, forms, email, or text.
- Usage information — basic technical data your browser sends automatically (e.g., device/browser type, pages viewed), used to keep the site working and secure.
2. Text messaging (SMS/MMS)
If you provide your mobile number and opt in — for example, through our website chat widget — we may send you marketing and promotional text messages (such as offers, news, and updates), as well as appointment reminders and customer-care messages related to your interactions with us.
- Consent: You opt in by submitting your number and agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out anytime by replying
STOP. For help, reply HELP or email stefanie@zuckerdigital.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile opt-in is never shared or sold. No mobile information (phone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any information sharing described elsewhere in this Policy and will not be shared with any third parties. We may share information with subcontractors who help us operate our messaging (e.g., our messaging platform provider) strictly to deliver the service.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services or information you request;
- To send transactional and requested messages (including texts you opted into);
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with (a) service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations (such as our website host, email, and messaging platform), and (b) authorities where required by law. Mobile opt-in and consent data are excluded, as stated above.
5. Inbox Concierge and Google user data
Inbox Concierge is a local application that runs entirely on your own device. When you connect a Google (Gmail) account, you grant access through Google’s standard OAuth consent screen.
- Inbox Concierge requests the
gmail.modify scope to read messages for triage, apply labels/folders, save draft replies, and move items to Trash. It cannot permanently delete bypassing Trash.
- Your email content and your Google access tokens are stored only on your own machine. We operate no server that receives, stores, or transmits your Google data — there is nothing for us to see.
- Inbox Concierge’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to others except as necessary to provide the app’s features on your device, for security, or to comply with law.
- You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
6. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses only the cookies and scripts necessary to run features such as the chat widget. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this Policy.
7. Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of texts (reply STOP) or emails (use the unsubscribe link) at any time. Contact us using the details below to make a request.
9. Children’s privacy
Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest version.
